In the common area, it is possible to have breakfast both inside or on the porch. Books are available for guests to read during their stay as well as games for the youngest guests.

It is also possible to take a walk in the protected Porticciolo Romano area, go for an outing on the Monte Redentore (where you can go horse riding, rent an all-terrain vehicle, go on a picnic, go on an excursions of the various marked trails or enjoy delicious foods in one of the restaurants). The facility is very close to the sea and to the equipped beach clubs, it is easy to reach the port where you can take a boat to the Pontine Islands of Ponza and Ventotene. There are various pizzerias, restaurants, the Itaca shopping centre and food shops nearby.
